When somebody mentions Pag many things come to mind, but the one thing it is famous for has got to be its delicious cheese. On the island sheep graze freely, eating different types of aromatic plant species which give the cheese such fantastic flavour that will satisfy even the most discerning palates of cheese lovers. When visiting the island make sure not to miss the cheese factory guided tour.

One of the most unique things about the island is the tradition of lacework. Lacemaking has been a part of Croatia´s cultural heritage for a very long time. Lace – makers on the island of Pag make lace without using any drawings which makes each piece distinctive and unrepeatable.

When it comes to younger generations, they go the island for one thing and one thing only -partying.

Zrce is one of the most popular party beaches in the world.
